Dedicated PBS for the Melbourne Community

We provide Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) services for NDIS participants, primarily across Melbourne’s South-Eastern suburbs. Our approach combines professional PBS expertise with personalised strategies tailored to each participant’s individual needs and goals.

We focus on building long-term, consistent relationships between practitioners and participants to support meaningful progress. By working closely with participants, families, and support networks, we aim to achieve positive and sustainable outcomes.

Our team speaks English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, allowing us to support a diverse range of families in the community.

PBS funding is part of the Capacity Building—Improved Relationships section of your NDIS plan. According to the NDIS 2024-25 Pricing Guideline, the cost of PBS support in metropolitan Victoria is $232.99 per hour.

If your NDIS plan does not include PBS funding, we can help you apply for it by preparing a Functional Behaviour Analysis (FBA) Report. This service is billed at 15 hours under the Other Professional code ($193.99 per hour) and comes from your Capacity Building—Improved Daily Living funding.

The FBA Report involves:

  • Gathering information from your family, school, and any other relevant sources

  • Completing a detailed report

  • Providing practical support strategies to help you or your child

This process ensures you have the right evidence and strategies to apply for PBS funding and receive the support you need.
