About us
The name Green Seeds reflects the belief that meaningful change grows over time when individuals are supported with patience, understanding, and the right environment. With the right supports in place, people can develop new skills, build confidence, and increase their independence.

Dedicated PBS for the Melbourne Community
We provide Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) services for NDIS participants, primarily across Melbourne’s South-Eastern suburbs. Our approach combines professional PBS expertise with personalised strategies tailored to each participant’s individual needs and goals.
We focus on building long-term, consistent relationships between practitioners and participants to support meaningful progress. By working closely with participants, families, and support networks, we aim to achieve positive and sustainable outcomes.
Our team speaks English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, allowing us to support a diverse range of families in the community.
