NDIS REGISTERED PBS PRACTITIONER
Yuki Yuen
Yuki Yuen is a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner and Social Worker with over five years of experience in the disability and mental health sector within the NDIS. She specialises in conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments and developing evidence-based behaviour support plans to reduce behaviours of concern and improve participants’ quality of life.
Yuki supports children, adolescents, and adults, working collaboratively with participants, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Her practice focuses on skill development, creating enabling environments, and developing preventative and responsive strategies to reduce the risk of harm associated with behaviours of concern. She also delivers behaviour support training and coaching to families and support teams to strengthen implementation.
Yuki is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, allowing her to effectively support culturally diverse participants and families.
